Year 2

Welcome to Year 2

This page will contain information on all the exciting things we get up to in Year 2.

Year 2 have had a super start to the year. We have started to explore the 'Wonderful Wilderness' in Science and Geography, learning about animals and their habitats and exploring the world in more depth. We have been introduced to an adorable baby barn owl named, Plop, who is afraid of the dark, during our English sessions and have been working on our place value knowledge of numbers to 100 in Maths. Throw in some Art, Music, Computing, Spag and Phonics and you will see some very busy children and adults down in Year 2. We can't wait to keep you updated throughout the year.
